Cuisine in the Sonnenhof means fresh, Mediterranean and traditional dishes. Let our kitchen team spoil you in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. In summer our wonderful garden patio entices you to dine outdoors, where you can relax and enjoy first-class food beneath large shady trees. During the winter season our guests love the light-flooded conservatory or the cosy “Bauernstube” farmhouse parlour. The rustic “Wirtsstube” tavern is ideal for a traditional evening “Vesper”-platter of cold-cuts and a drop or two of good local wine.

Closed Mondays.
Tuesday: open from 5.30 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday: 11.30 a.m. until 2.00 p.m. and 5.30 until 9.00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 11.30 a.m. until 2.00 p.m. and 5.30 until 9.30 p.m.

Menu

Sometimes traditional, sometimes regional but always fine and fresh. This is the motto of the Sonnenhof’s Restaurant. Seasonal specialities such as game or asparagus ensure a culinary variety on the menu. Breakfast

Every morning from 7.30 until 10 a.m. our restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet. Whether you prefer to start the day with a hearty breakfast of eggs and bacon or a choice of lighter dishes such as muesli, fruit and freshly-pressed juice – there is something to suit every taste in our breakfast buffet. Offer available for non-residents: Tuesday to Friday from 7.30 until 10 a.m. For the breakfast buffet at week-ends we must request advance reservations! The lunch packet contains a bread roll with a delicious filling, some fruit and a soft drink.
